Sharing our love of Lac Saint-Jean: that's what guides every decision behind Les P'tits Shacks au Lac

For Marlène Claveau and her partner Jean-François Courteau, this venture is far more than an accommodation project. It's a way of bringing the Lake to life, making it accessible and allowing others to create, in their own turn, memories around this vast expanse of water that is the pride of the region.

For us, Les P'tits Shacks au Lac is about selling happiness! People are excited — they're already planning their vacation when we talk to them about rentals. They want to see the Lake and make the most of it. Often, our clients are people who have left the region and want to come back to see their family or revisit childhood memories. It's always for wonderful reasons, and that's what makes our business so rewarding and enjoyable.

The Saint-Gédéon business offers five cottages in Chambord. All our cottages are located directly on the shores of Lac-St-Jean. The names of the cottages were chosen to reflect their character: Laberge, Panoramique, Horizon, Terrasse and Du Quai. All our cottages offer private access to the lake, whether by a walkway, a dock or a terrace, allowing guests to fully enjoy this unique natural setting.

Near the cabins, you will find the Parc Caverne Trou de la Fée, the Parc Octopus, the historic village of Val Jalbert, the Vignoble Chambordais, and the Domaine d’Oscar.
